How do I cancel my order?
 

Contact us to request that we cancel your order before it is shipped. We will do our utmost to cancel the order before it is shipped and process a full refund.

 

Our customer Service hours are 9.00am –5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

We also only process orders during those hours. Therefore, if you order over the weekend, we can cancel the order if required on the Monday morning.

What do I do if an item I have received is faulty?

Take your proof of purchase and products that need to be returned to any Bodycare store. Your proof of purchase can either be your delivery note, confirmation email or invoice.

Items that are faulty or damaged, can be returned to any Bodycare store (it does not have to be the same store you collected the item from).

Missing items

If you have ordered multiple items it is possible that they have been shipped in multiple parcels. These parcels will be numbered. If having checked all your parcels, an item is still missing, please check all packaging as often smaller items can be placed inside larger for packing efficiency. If you still cannot locate an item, please contact us within seven working days and we will make arrangements to resolve the issue.

When will my order be available for collection ?

Orders are normally available for collection within 3 to 7 working days dependant upon the store delivery schedule.  If you checked out through your customer account, you can check the status of your order through the 'My Account' page on our website. You will receive an e-mail when your order is available for collection.

Why can it take 3 to 7 days for delivery?

We use all our own vehicles to deliver your parcel. The parcel reaches the store when they receive their next delivery. This is why our service is free of charge.

What do I do if I have not received an order confirmation?

If you have not received an order confirmation when you have completed the order process. Please check your junk mail or Spam, Add our email address to your safe senders list so the problem doesn’t occur again.

If there is no email, please contact customer service, as there may have been an issue when ordering.

I’m having trouble signing into my account what do I do?

Please visit the 'contact us' section of our website. Here you can tell us about your enquiry and we will assist you so that you can log into your account.

How long does it take for customer services to reply to my enquiry?

Customer services are here to help Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.
