Any unwanted items in a new and unused condition that were ordered on or after 1st November, can be returned in store, up until 29th January.

How long have I got to return unwanted items?

You can of course return your order, or part of it, for any reason within 28 days after collection.

Returning unwanted items

To return unwanted items to any Bodycare store, they must be in their new, original condition for re-sale at full value. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is not received in new, unopened condition. There is no charge for this service.

Take your proof of purchase and products that need to be returned to any Bodycare store. Your proof of purchase can either be your delivery note, confirmation email or invoice.

Returning damaged or faulty items

Take your proof of purchase and products that need to be returned to any Bodycare store. Your proof of purchase can either be your delivery note, confirmation email or invoice.

Items that are faulty or damaged, can be returned to any Bodycare store (it does not have to be the same store you collected the item from).

Missing items

If you have ordered multiple items it is possible that they have been shipped in multiple parcels. These parcels will be numbered. If having checked all your parcels, an item is still missing, please check all packaging as often smaller items can be placed inside larger for packing efficiency. If you still cannot locate an item, please contact us within seven working days and we will make arrangements to resolve the issue.


Warranty issues

If you have a product warranty issue, you should contact us and we will make arrangements to resolve the issue. Items can be returned to any Bodycare store (it does not have to be the same store you collected the item from).
